
One to One Personal Training
6, 8, 10 or 12 week fitness programs
Using my experience, knowledge and expertise – I will help you to make progress in your overall fitness, health and well-being.
The number of sessions per week are optional (nutritional advice included if a 10 or 12 package is booked).
During each session I will work through a variety of exercises with you, helping you to achieve your personal goals. Sessions can incorporate either home or outdoor training.
Sessions are usually 60 minutes each but can be adjusted if necessary. Usual Rate £50 per hour.
A discount will be applied for block bookings 10 or more sessions.

Couples Personal Training
During each session I will work through a variety of exercises with you, helping you to achieve your personal goals. Sessions can incorporate either home or outdoor training.

Over 60’s Fitness
A specific training schedule for the over 60’s, working on strengthening both muscles and bones, increasing coordination, mobility and confidence, whilst helping you to lead a more active lifestyle.
