20 Minute Home Training Workout

This 20 minute home training session, should provide a general body workout.

It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. (Assuming that you are in good general health) If you have any injuries, which may be aggravated by exercise you should not attempt this workout.

It requires no equipment. However, should you wish to use small weights (or substitutes, such as tins or similar, you may).
