Group Training

These are for between 2 – 6 clients, working out with others will increase the enjoyment of the session and the cost is shared between the group, the more people involved will reduce the individual cost per person.

Each session is 60 minutes in length.

These sessions will help your team work more efficiently in a sport/work environment, building on both your individual and combined strengths whilst having fun and enjoying great camaraderie.

Team building sessions can be run either; by the hour, by the day or over a weekend, P.o.a.
