What type of training do I do?

My workouts are heavily linked to my Ironman competitions, so include; swimming, spinning, running as well as, overall strength and endurance training.

How would my training session be constructed if I trained with you?

You would receive an initial questionnaire to complete, this will help me to find out more about your health and fitness and most importantly, your personal goals. A bespoke training program would then be created to help you to achieve your objectives.

Additional assistance can be given by way of nutritional advice to maximize your training sessions and post session recovery.
